Your original offer is often rejected for one reason or another. But do not let that stop you, you must counter offer and counter offer again. This is the point where negotiating begins. I will help you to succeed. You may have to offer more money or change other terms on the offer. However, you can ask the seller to cover some or all of your closing costs or to make repairs that would not normally be expected. Often, negotiations on price and terms go back and forth several times before a deal is made.
