Should I use an Attorney to close or review my transaction?

Most Florida real estate transactions are closed by Title Companies with no issues. However, it is sometimes a good idea to have a Florida real estate attorney close your transaction or look over the paperwork before you close. People sue each other for most any reason these days and getting a legal opinion on any issues that concern you is important. There are also legal questions you may have that your REALTOR® cannot legally answer for you. Having the attorney may ease your mind during the transaction.
