The landscape area in the front of my home was being watered with three spray pop-up type sprinklers. This was putting too much water into the small area and some of the plants were getting little water and some plants were getting too much water. The area also tended to have mold due to the over watering. To solve these issues, I decide to install a drip irrigation system.
I dug up, removed two of the pop-up sprinkler and capped them off. I dug up and removed one of the pop-up sprinklers located in the rear of the area and replaced it with a pressure reducer with a 1/2 inch T tubing connector. I used hose clamps to attach the 1/2 inch tubing. Below are images of the parts used for the project.
